As Co-Founder and CEO of Telink Semiconductor, Dr. Wenjun Sheng possesses over 20 years of industry experience and 30 patents in semiconductor product design. Prior to Telink, he was the VP of RFIC at Wiscomm Microsystem Inc., Director of Engineering at Spreadtrum Communications Inc., and held key technical positions at Qualcomm and Silicon Labs.
Mingjian Zheng has over 20 years’ experience in semiconductor design. He is a co-founder of Telink Semiconductor and is responsible for R&D activities. Prior to this, Mingjian served as an engineering director in Ominivision Technologies Inc, where he led system and digital development. He holds BS and MS degree in Electronic Engineering from Tsinghua University.
Dr. Haipeng Jin is co-founder of Telink and currently also sits on the Bluetooth® SIG Board of Directors as an Associate Member Director. Previously, Dr. Jin worked with Qualcomm’s R&D and Standard Group. Acquiring multiple patents throughout his career, he has also authored multiple international journal and conference papers.
Mr. Peng Li is responsible for company equity management, restructuring and listing, investment and financing, and information disclosure. He graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a master's degree in economics. Prior to Telink, he has worked for Haitong Securities, Shanghai Information Investment Co., Shenzhen Chuangdongfang Investment Co., and was responsible for the IPO of Wuxi Commercial Building and the listing of Hengdian DME shares. He's familiar with capital market and has rich restructuring, listing and investment and M&A experience.
Ms. Lina Bian, graduated from Northeastern University with a major in accounting, holding Advanced Level Accountant Certificate. She is responsible for the company's capital market and daily financial affairs. Ms. Lina Bian has been engaged in the financial management of the semiconductor industry chain for many years with rich financial management experience in large enterprises and international companies. Prior to Telink, she has worked in Baosteel Co., Ltd., and the Chinese subsidiary of the Nasdaq listed company.
