TLSR8258

The TLSR8258 with internal Flash and audio support combines the features and functions needed for all 2.4GHz IoT standards into a single SoC. It supports standards and industrial alliance specifications including Bluetooth Low Energy (up to Bluetooth LE 5.0, with up to 8 antenna indoor positioning support), BLE Mesh, Zigbee, RF4CE, HomeKit, 6LoWPAN, Thread, ANT and 2.4GHz proprietary standard. For some use cases, the TLSR8258 supports concurrent multi-standards.

TLSR8232

The TLSR8232 is Telink-developed BLE SoC solution, which is Bluetooth 4.2 fully standard compliant to allow easy connectivity with Bluetooth Smart Ready mobile phones, tablets, laptops. The TLSR8232 supports BLE slave and master mode operations. It also supports BLE 5.0 2Mbps mode and long packet length.

TLSR8269

The TLSR8269 is Telink-developed BLE + IEEE802.15.4 multi-standard wireless SoC solution.

The TLSR8269 supports standards and industrial alliance specifications including Bluetooth Smart (BLE4.0 and BLE4.2), BLE Mesh, 6LoWPAN, Thread, Zigbee, RF4CE, HomeKit and 2.4GHz proprietary protocols.

For some use cases, the TLSR8269 supports concurrent multi-standards in which stacks like RF4CE and BLE can run simultaneously.

TLSR8646

The TLSR8646 is Telink-developed Zigbee/RF4CE SoC solution with internal Flash support.

It supports IEEE 802.15.4 standard and Zigbee-compliant platform. The TLSR8646 solution can be used for a wide range of applications and is perfect for creating interoperable solution for use within the home combined with leading Zigbee/RF4CE software stack. The TLSR8646 also has embedded audio supporting for analog MIC, digital MIC, and mono-channel audio output.

TLSR8358

The TLSR8358F64/TLSR8358F512 is dedicated to 2.4GHz RF System-On-Chip solution, such as RF ID, private network, Beacon applications, etc.

TLSR8510/TLSR8513

The TLSR8510/TLSR8513 are Telink-developed low-power, high-integration 2.4G wireless mouse/USB Dongle ROM SoCs, respectively.

The TLSR8510 Mouse can be used in combination with TLSR8516 or TLSR8366 Dongle. The TLSR8513 USB Dongle chip can only be used with TLSR8510 mouse.

Both chips are RoHS-compliant and 100% lead (Pb)-free.

TLSR8368

As one member of the low-power, high-integration family of Telink wireless SoC solution, the TLSR8368 is dedicated to 2.4GHz RF System-On-Chip solution, such as wireless keyboard, non-audio remote control applications, etc.

TLSC6306/TLSC6206

The TLSC6306/TLSC6206 is Telink-developed latest generation single-chip self-capacitive touch panel controller SoC. With built-in 32-bit RISC processor and CDSP module, the TLSC6306/TLSC6206 is featured with outstanding noise immunity, fast response, low power consumption, excellent accuracy and linearity, as well as perfect waterproof performance.

The TLSC6306/TLSC6206 is designed to work with self-capacitance type sensor, and supports user-friendly gesture control and up to two-point touch with a capacitive touch panel.

The TLSC6332/TLSC6324 is Telink-developed single-chip self-capacitive touch panel controller SoC.
